15 WEEKS · 15 CHAMPIONS · 15 APPS

Transform your team into an innovation workforce.

The AppSheet Champion Program is a structured, 15-week engagement that builds a real AppSheet development capability inside your organization — for enterprises that want to stimulate innovation safely, improve platform governance, and accelerate return on their AppSheet licenses.

Program ObjectiveMeasurable impact

One champion with the knowledge in their head is a risk.Fifteen certified builders is a capability.

The goal is to turn up to 15 of your own employees into certified Champions who can design, build, and maintain production-ready business applications. The focus throughout is strategic enablement, security, governance, and productivity you can actually measure — not a training course that ends when the slides do.

Core DeliverablesWhat you keep
Certified workforce

Up to 15 certified AppSheet Champions

A permanent internal innovation workforce capable of self-support — reducing Shadow IT and driving continuous process improvement long after the engagement ends.

Tangible results

Up to 15 real, working applications

Every Champion ships a functioning application by Week 15. Not a sandbox exercise — real use cases, selected from your operations, in production.

Governance & safety

“Traffic Light” framework training

Clear development boundaries and vetting tools IT can apply to future projects, so you can scale citizen development safely instead of hoping for the best.

Foundation & continuity

Data and security frameworks you keep

Data best practices, role-based security patterns, and Manager Commitment Agreements — so new apps start on a solid, compliant foundation.

Program Structure15 weeks · four phases

Four focused, outcome-driven phases.

Recruitment is deliberately the longest phase. Picking the right 15 people and the right 15 use cases is what decides whether the program produces working software or a stack of certificates.

1

Plan & Recruit

Weeks 1–8

Define program scope, run the recruitment drive, select up to 15 Champions, and choose the real-world use cases each of them will build.

2

Train (Bootcamp)

Week 9

An intensive four-day, instructor-led bootcamp: relational database design, AppSheet logic, automation, and QREW’s governance best practices.

3

Build & Coach

Weeks 10–14

Hands-on application development backed by weekly 1:1 coaching and daily office hours, so nobody stalls out on a problem for a week.

4

Graduation

Week 15

Final presentations, deployment recommendations for every app built, and official certification of your Champions.

After GraduationSustaining the innovation

Week 15 is a milestone, not an ending.

Long-term platform health takes continuous enablement and a place to send hard questions. Three moves we recommend to every organization that finishes a cohort:

01

Scale the workforce

Plan one to two additional Champion cohorts per year to expand internal AppSheet capability across departments.

02

Ongoing expert support

Standing office hours with QREW give the Champion community a safety net and a route to advice on the genuinely hard problems.

03

Centralized creator governance

Enterprise platform configuration for AppSheet governance — the IT guardrails, Teams, and policies that let citizen development scale org-wide.

Investment & partnership

A standardized program, at a fixed price.

The Champion Program is scoped and priced as a single fixed-price engagement over 15 weeks — no hourly meter, no scope creep. QREW acts as a strategic partner through the change management and the technical enablement both. Talk to us and we’ll walk you through the numbers and the fit.
