One source of truth.
Ready for AI.
Your business data lives in QuickBooks, spreadsheets, your apps and the systems nobody has connected yet. We bring it together in one database on your own cloud account, so your apps, dashboards and AI assistants all work from whole-business context. Your team builds its own dashboards, reports and apps on it, and your core systems stay untouched.

Every system in, one single source of truth database out.
Your AI is only as good as the AI-ready data it can reach.
An AI assistant connected to one app knows one app. The questions that matter, like "Which jobs lost money last month, who sold them, and are those customers paid up?", need sales, operations and finance in one place.
And once the data is in one place, people want to build on it: vibe-coded apps, agents, new dashboards. That only works if there are APIs to connect through, roles that limit who sees what, and a human checking changes before they land.
Own your data
It lives in your own cloud account. You keep all of it if you ever change tools or partners.
See the whole picture
Jobs, invoices, payroll and equipment in one model, with one-click links back to each source record.
Ask AI across the business
Sales, operations and finance questions answered from one place, in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or another MCP-compatible AI.
Build without breaking
Apps, agents and builders work on a governed copy with role-scoped access. QuickBooks and your other systems of record are never written to.
Connect every source to your AI-ready data warehouse.
Every connector is priced by class, in points. Foundation includes3 points: QuickBooks Online (1) plus Jobber (2) is a typical start.
Bulk connectors that already exist
Standard cloud apps with affordable, proven ETL wrappers.
QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, Excel & Google Sheets, Samsara, Fleetio, Procore, Cloud SQL
Pipelines we build
Software with open API access. We build the extract, transform and load pipeline.
Jobber, Housecall Pro, Acumatica, NetSuite, Paylocity, ADP
Systems without a front door
On-premises software and gated platforms. On-prem systems connect through a gateway we set up on your network.
QuickBooks Desktop, Sage 100 / 300 CRE, Foundation, Buildertrend
Prices are for connectors added beyond Foundation. On-premises systems need a one-time $1,500 gateway setup.
Built on Google Cloud SQL or Supabase PostgreSQL, so one database serves both your apps and your analytics. BigQuery when the data gets very large.

Regular data loads
Scheduled ingestion for each connector, with links back to every source record.
Auth and app connections
API layers for authentication and for transactional apps to read and write through.
One executive or operational dashboard
Built on the warehouse from day one.
An MCP server for your agents
AI assistants and agents run your most common queries with read-only access, within each user's role.

How we build your AI-ready data warehouse.
Discovery
Which data sources to start with, the questions that matter most, and the apps you want to vibe-code, so the tables are ready for them.
Connectors and infrastructure
We build the connectors and set up the database, APIs and MCP server.
Go live and permissioning
Users, roles and access, then the first dashboard goes live.
Support and QC
Ongoing monitoring, fixes and review of changes, on a monthly plan.
Keep building
More connectors, dashboards, integrations and AI workflows as the business asks for them, from your plan's build hours.
Single source of truth in practice: JLHA.
JLHA runs 16 apps on one synchronized source-of-truth data layer, with a KPI dashboard and one-click reports on top. Same outcome this page sells: everyone working from the same numbers.

What makes a data warehouse "AI-ready"?
Four things on top of the data itself: APIs that apps and dashboards connect through, authentication and user roles that limit who sees what, a human review process for changes, and an MCP server so AI assistants and agents can run your most important queries.
Which database do you build on?
Google Cloud SQL or Supabase PostgreSQL, which handle both everyday app transactions and analytics in one database. For very large data volumes, we use BigQuery.
Who owns the data?
You do. The database is set up on your own cloud account, and you pay the hosting (typically $100–300 a month) directly, so the data stays yours whether or not you keep working with us.
Can we connect QuickBooks and our spreadsheets?
Yes. QuickBooks Online, Excel and Google Sheets are Class A sources with ready-made connectors, which makes them the fastest and most affordable place to start. QuickBooks Desktop is on-premises, so it is a Class C connector.
What about systems without an API, or on-prem software?
Those are Class C connectors. On-premises systems connect through a gateway we set up on your network, a one-time $1,500 setup.
Will connecting AI change anything in QuickBooks or our other systems?
No. Your apps, agents and builders work on a governed copy of the data. AI access is read-only and scoped to each user's role, and your systems of record are never written to.
Is it safe to let our team vibe-code on it, or point AI agents at it?
That is what the guardrails are for. Every user works within their role, agents reach the data through defined MCP tools rather than open database access, and database changes go through a human QC and change control process before they land.
How much does an AI data warehouse cost?
Foundation is a fixed $9,500 and includes 3 connector points. Extra connectors are $2,000 (Class A), $4,500 (Class B) or $9,000 (Class C). Monthly plans for support and continued building run $1,500, $3,000 or $5,000 a month on a 12-month term. Cloud hosting, typically $100–300 a month, is billed to you directly.
What is a connector point?
A unit of connector difficulty. A Class A source is one point, Class B is two, Class C is three. Foundation includes 3 points, so QuickBooks Online plus Jobber fits inside it.
